Before becoming EBRD’s country head in Armenia, Mr. Gvindadze was EBRD’s lead economist for Eastern Europe and the Caucasus and EBRD’s country head in Moldova. Mr. Gvindadze worked in Georgia’s foreign service and was deputy minister and then minister of finance of Georgia.
