Ambassador Jonathan Lacôte is a career diplomat whose career spans over 20 years. Before being appointed to Erevan in 2017, he served as deputy head of mission in London after postings in Belgrade, Podgorica and Berlin. He also served at high level positions in the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, such as chief of staff of the Secretary of State for European Affairs as well as in the HR department.
