Larisa is a Director of Strategy and Innovation and the Founder of Brooklin Consulting which is a management consulting firm that partners with leaders in business and society to make a positive impact on key social, economic, and environmental challenges together. With outstanding people, Larisa has been fortunate to build, grow and expand successful businesses internationally. As a professional consultant, Larisa has worked with businesses, governments, and non-profit organizations across more than 10 countries in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific for over 15 years. She has advised the leaders in areas such as strategic planning, strategy development and implementation, change management, program reviews and assessments, organizational reviews, impact assessments and business valuations. Larisa has provided strategic solutions to organizations of different sizes and types, including large listed multinationals, small and medium enterprises, investment funds and international financial institutions. Larisa has held various leadership roles across multiple organizations over the last several years. As an avid community builder, she has been involved with a number of boards and leadership teams, many of which are focused on education. Larisa holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting and a BA in Economics. She received a Chartered Fellow status (FCMI), Strategic Management and Leadership qualification (CMI Level 7), and a Chartered Manager qualification (CMgr) from the Chartered Management Institute.
